Wireless Nurse Call Systems Consists of following items.
Control & Display Unit is the heart of the Systems. It has 24 Bed Numbers to display at a time. Each Bed Numbers can of maximum four Digits. Typically Display Color is RED, but you can ask for GREEN / AMBER also.
As because Wireless, it only requires One 230VAC power Input (typically from a Standard 5A 3 pin Power Socket. Typical power Consumption is only 10W, i.e. equivalent to a LED Bulb.
Apart Form Display, it has got pleasant Alarm Sound with human (Female) voice. As long as any Call present, it will repeatedly gives you alarm, that some one need your help.

Bed Calling Unit (BCU) and Hand Set is typically kept beside the Patient under care. Bed Calling Unit is a small unit operated by Battery and fitted against Wall with “Two Module Standard Electrical Box”. As it is a Battery operated unit, It does not require any other external wire connection.
Beauty of the unit is very Low Power Consumption, with a single battery and with out any extra ordinary situation the Battery will Run more or less Two Years.
The unit has got two switches and One LED to indicate working condition at the time of Switch Pressing. One Switch is the “CALL” button, which is also extended to the Hand Set. Patient will need to press this Button, when he / she require any help from Nursing Stuff. The other button is called “RESET” Button. After patient press the “CALL” button, Nursing Stuff will be intimated through the Audio-Visual Alarm at the “Display & Control Unit”. This Alarm will not go away until any Nursing Stuff come and visit the patient and Press the “RESET” button
Typical Communication Range is about 100-200 mtrs between the “Bed Unit” and “Display & Control Unit”. But don’t worry, if the range is not suitable for any particular situation, we have “Signal Booster” / “Repeater” unit which can manage theoretically any distance.

Door Unit is a Bi-Color or Tri-Color Light unit. Door unit is an optional Item, which can be fitted at the Door side of any Word / Cabin / Room. It is also a wireless item, so apart from the power input it does not require any wire connection. It looks very elegant and very much suitable with any Hospital interior design.
Purpose of the Door Unit is to notify the moving Nursing Stuff that this Room / Cabin has got a CALL, so that Nursing Stuff can attend the Call promptly and conveniently. In normal situation, when there is no Call from the patient, Door Light will be in “BLUE” Color, but it will turn into “RED” and also Flushing when the patient press the “CALL” button. it will get back to the normal situation after Nursing Stuff visit the patient and press the “RESET” button.

Toilet Pull Cord is an Emergency Device, fitted at the Bathroom / Toilet Wall. It consist of a Pull Cord to Pull, which interns activate the “CALL” button in case of Patient’s Emergency. Now a days it becomes a very much necessary device in any hospitals, because reports shows that cause of death of many elderly people in hospital is because of either Heart Attack or Sudden Fall in Bathroom.
Toilet Pull Cord is nothing but a Electrical Switch, so it is obvious that it must be connected with another Bed Calling Unit.
