Nurse Call Systems Software is meant for the data acquisition of various types of “CALL” and “RESET” activity with Real Time Stamp. This will help Nursing management more efficient and scientific. Till now deployment of Nursing stuff depends of simple logic of number of patient admitted with particular Word or Section. Every Hospital have their own strategy to deploy the number of nursing stuff, but the basic idea is same, per “X” numbers of admitted patient vs “Y” number of nursing stuff. While is strategy works well but it is not at all efficient or scientific at all.
With our software, Management people can understand the “Call Density” of a particular Word / Section and decide the number of stuff required to serve. After all Not all the patient or very much demanding, neither all the patient required same type of attention.
Our Data Analysis Software will give you clear picture about the “CALL” demand and average time to serve the patient. We have three types of Software at present –
- Inbuilt Data Logger : It is basically an Add On item, inbuilt with the “Display & Control Unit”. It has got one USB Pen Drive, where data will be saved with Real Time Stamp. You can Collect the data at any time by removing the Pen Drive from the system and copy it to your Computer or Pen Drive in simple Excel Format.
- Individual PC Software: Our Display & Control Unit can be connected with Local PC through USB Connection. At the Local PC, you can install the Software and you can get the real time data. You can get the report to view or Print Out from the Local PC. You can also use the Monitor of the Local PC as External Display.
- Network Software: Every Control & Display system can be connected with Local Network (LAN) through WiFi or RS485 (Wired) connectivity. You can view the all the status of all the Nursing Counter in a single PC or even through web Connectivity. All the data of each Display & Control System will be Logged in a single location, so that Nursing Management will be more convenient.
